Our Store Policies

Things You Need to Know

Five Stone Music was founded with one goal in mind: to help create great musical experiences for people from the point of purchase to the point of performance!   To that end, we strive to approach our products and services in a way that will meet our customers' needs and promote the enjoyment of music.  Our store policies are detailed below. Please have a look and contact us if you have any questions at all.

PAYMENTS:  Due to the economic climate caused by the pandemic, we currently may only accept school purchase orders, school checks, or boosters group checks.  Payment terms on purchase orders are Net 30 days.

     If you need to discuss different payment methods, please send an email to five5stonemusic@gmail.com to see if we can help.

SHIPPING:  Purchases are shipped by USPS.  Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order.  Be sure to specify if you would like economy shipping or priority shipping when placing your order.

PLACING AN ORDER:  Once you have finished making your shopping list, just email us at five5stonemusic@gmail.com with your order.

To help us work with your institution's purchasing procedures, please provide the following information in your email:

1.  The item(s) you wish to purchase.

2.  Preferred shipping method:  economy or priority.

3.  Purchasing organization.

4.  Shipping address.

We'll provide a quote for your order.   Email us a copy of your completed purchase order or check, and we'll get your selections on the way.

RETURNS:  Returns are accepted up to 2 weeks after receipt of merchandise.  Products must be in original condition, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Email five5stonemusic@gmail.com for specific details on how to return your merchandise.  A refund will be issued once your return has been processed.

PHOTOCOPYING:  We allow photocopying of Five Stone Music original publications for the sole use of the program/individual that purchased the music.  Five Stone Music prints one copy of each part in a composition, and we size parts for ease of copying.  It is intended that the purchasing band/group may copy as many parts as needed for use within their program only.

PERFORMANCE RIGHTS REQUESTS:  Email us at five5stonemusic@gmail.com with requests.  Just let us know what you hope to do and how the music will be used.
